Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible, will include
Saturdays)
Pay: £11,000 - £13,000 plus commission (pro rata)

Heritage Estate Agency is looking for a dynamic, sales driven,
enthusiastic individual to work within their sales department at
their busy Kings Heath branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for
the right candidate with drive and ambition to succeed. Your day to
day responsibilities would include; booking viewings, maintaining
client database and carrying out viewings on properties. Previous
estate agency experience would be considered, or alternatively a
proven track record in tele-sales & customer service as
training can be provided. Excellent IT skills are essential as are
smart appearance, time keeping and communication skills.
A full clean driving license is essential in addition to own
car.
