It was a huge step for me to take the plunge and move so I was pretty nervous, especially as a single parent. They were really prompt as I needed a quick sale to secure the house I wanted to buy; Paul was great in getting mine on the market quickly and offering me lots of advice, on all sorts of things related to selling as it had many years since I’d last moved. We got buyers within just a few weeks and I managed to secure the house I wanted so it was a happy ending! In contrast, I was hounded by other estate agents who rang me incessantly trying to give the big sales push, which was very irritating (I ended up blocking a couple of them as they wouldn’t let up) but Heritage weren’t like this – they give the sort of quality service you want and need when you’re making the huge step of moving home. They know the area inside out and the correct value of properties (one estate agent suggested I could get a stupidly inflated price for mine, presumably to get me on their books). If I was moving again, I wouldn’t want to use anyone else. I really trusted them throughout the process and felt at all times that I was in very good hands.
